Mactan house has three rooms. Its ground floor is composed of two bedrooms and two bathrooms, connected by a double door that can be closed on either side. Both rooms have their own entrance, which opens out directly to the beach. These rooms are perfect for families with children or for two couples. You can rent the entire floor or select only one room. The room on the upper floor is slightly larger than the rooms downstairs. Besides sleeping and living areas, it has a verandah, where you can have breakfast with a view. Bed size in all rooms: 205cm x 165cm

A second-floor room that is slightly larger than the individual rooms downstairs. The living area opens out into the veranda, which offers a wonderful view of the garden, sand and sea. You can have breakfast on the veranda or watch a magical sunset from there.
Amenities include a bathroom and toilet, mini bar, safety deposit box, LCD or plasma TVs, hi-fi DVD surround systems, super silent split-type air conditioning, LAN and WIFI internet access, maid service, and backup generator. There is a new modern built-in kitchen at the back of the houses.
